I'm Erik, as known as Old Victorian King, an illustrator and graphic designer from Spain specializing on digital illustration.My main inspiration is gothic horror, late XIX century related, western and monsters.
This is not my main job so I'll try to keep working on commissions but sometimes I need time.

BEFORE TAKE A SLOT
You must be +18. Minors are not allowed.I reserve the right to not do certain commissions due requesting things I do not accept.
This may include certain themes, or kinks; overcomplicated outfits, mechanical parts and designs, etc.
If you’re not sure whether I’ll draw what you want, shoot me a message before filling out the form.I reserve the right to cancel or reject an order for any reason I consider appropriate.The customer can cancel the commission before the payment has been made.If a refund were to happen because you want to cancel a % of the price won't be included as safeguard for the work I've already done.
30% until send you the first WIP.
Before that or any response in 2 weeks to the WIPs, there's no refunds.
If you cancel before I've started working this won't apply.
ORDERING
A certain number of slots will be open for all or most commission types listed in my price sheet.
For something different, you may contact me to discuss availability, budget and other details.
If you want a very specific pose, please attach a reference photo or be quite detailed on the description (no drawings , I don't want to plagiate other artists).
PAYMENT
Payment will be done through Paypal only.
I won't start until the full payment is confirm.
DON'T CRYPTO, if you use this, your commission will be cancelled at the moment and you will be included in my black list.
WORKING PROCESS
At the moment this is not my main job so I'll try to keep working on commissions but sometimes I need time.
Be patient, pleaseAfter giving me the info and payment, there will be no further modifications to the pic (unless errors by me), so think well what you want.I will send the sketch ASAP I draw it, after the money is sent. If the sketch is approved I will keep working on it; if not, the details of the things to change shall be sent by email/note to me.Updates
Sketch: You can ask for changes twice
Color: You can ask for changes once just for the colors
(corrections not included)I only give the ending result in high quality, not the progress.
RIGHTS AND PERMISSIONS
You cannot sell, claim as your own, or use any of my work for profit (If you want to do, you should notify me before catching the slot).
You can use it or copy it as many times as you want whenever nonprofit only.
Under no circumstances you can change my artwork without my consent.
You cannot erase my signature.
You can upload wherever you want, but remember giving credits to me. (No "credits to the artist")
I'm the artist, so I reserve the right to upload all my work online or in a physical portfolio.
